My company hired Schilly’s to cater our annual summer outdoor picnic. Eric worked with our budget and provided a menu that would work for us. He arrived early that day to start smoking the meat and fed over 200 people within a 30 minute period. Everybody loved the food (usually hard to please that many people, but not with Schilly’s), and people are still talking about it. I would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!!!
